Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Learn JLPT app (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own learning. You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, or exploit the App or its content except as expressly permitted by law.
2. Account & Content
You are responsible for activity on your account and for any content you submit. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, nor interfere with the App’s operation.
3. Subscriptions & Purchases (Auto-Renew)
- Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Prices are shown at purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. You can also open the Apple Subscriptions page directly: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled according to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Use Restore Purchases to restore entitlements on the same Apple ID.
- “Lifetime” purchases (if offered) are not auto-renewing and provide access for the product lifetime as defined by the App.
4. Changes to Features
We may add, change, or remove features or content to improve the App. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a manner that may cause harm. Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms will cease.
7. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
