1. Information We Collect
- Account & Profile (optional): display name or initials.
- Learning Data: items studied, quiz results, progress, reminders you set.
- Device & Diagnostics: app version, OS version, crash logs, basic performance metrics.
- Purchase Entitlement: subscription status and product identifiers from the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
- Support: content of messages you send to us (e.g., email).
2. How We Use Information
- Provide core features (curriculum, reminders, analytics).
- Process in-app purchases and validate entitlements.
- Maintain and improve reliability and performance.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important changes.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your data. We share limited information with service providers that help us operate the App (e.g., crash reporting, analytics, app distribution). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purposes we specify.
4. Ads & Analytics
If you use the free version, the App may display ads. Basic device/context information may be used to show and measure ads. Upgrading to Premium removes ads.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion as described below.
6. Your Choices & Rights
- Access/Correction/Deletion: Contact us to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- Notifications: You can enable/disable reminders in the App or OS settings.
- Subscriptions: Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
7. Children
The App is intended for general audiences. If you believe a child provided personal information without consent, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable measures to protect it in accordance with this Policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
